PRN Registered ARDMS RDCS Diagnostic Echo Sonographer
Education: - Minimum two year clinical experience in echocardiography required.
Skills and Abilities: - Performs cardiac ultrasound tests i.e. M-Mode echocardiograms, 2D echocardiograms with Doppler and color flow mapping and transesophageal echocardiograms with great
accuracy
*Knowledge of cardiac anatomy and pathology
*Understands all of the machine settings and probes to avoid artifact and poor image quality
*Ability to accurately recognize cardiac arrhythmias
*Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
*Ability to recognize complications indicated by tests, i.e. lethal, life threatening, or abnormal pathology, and immediately notifies appropriate person(s) while maintaining professional
composure.
*Knowledge of functions and relationships of departments within a hospital environment
*Knowledge of digital imaging with echo studies
*Good computer skills

Cardiac Sonographer Full Time Monday-Friday. Very busy office. ARDMS or RCS certified. Cardiac and Vascular Modalities. Adult echo, carotid duplex, lower extremity venous and arterial duplexes,
ABI's, and stress echo. Team player is a must. Excellent benefits.

echocardiograms and stress echoes, LV contrast studies, agitated saline studies, and 3D/4D TTE studies with preliminary reporting.
